Poppy Seed Dressing Ingredients

This is a very simple dressing that allows you to use the best organic and local ingredients you can find. If you find a great source for organic onions, or you grow them yourself, be sure to dehydrate them in bulk so that you can grind them into your own healthy onion powder or onion flakes. Grow Poppies and collect the seeds yourself.

Raw Honey & Poppy Seed Dressing

This nutritious dressing, made with local raw honey, is the perfect match for when you want to add summer fruit to your greens. Raw honey helps with digestions and boosts your immunity as well. Makes one cup of dressing.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower oil any oil works
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar any vinegar works
  • 1/4 cup Raw Honey local is best
  • 1 tsp Ground Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt use sea salt or Himalayan
  • 1 tsp Poppy Seeds

    Put all the ingredients except oil in a blender and blend

    As mixture is blending, slowly add oil to emulsify

    Taste and adjust seasoning
